Cookie & Browser Storage Policy

The technologies used for sign-in and your chosen preferences, with clear control over information stored in your browser.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers cookies, local storage, session storage and similar technologies on the SmartProfit website and application, operated by SMART COD FORM S.R.L. Cookies and browser storage differ technically, but both can store information on your device.
The current SmartProfit legal pages use no scripts, set no application cookies and do not write browser storage. They load their styling and icon from our own website. Hosting infrastructure still processes the network information needed to deliver a page.

Storage availability depends on your browser and whether the app is embedded. The app may use temporary in-page memory when persistent storage is unavailable. A stored token is not evidence that a server session is still valid.
3. Analytics, advertising and third-party sites
The current website and public app do not embed third-party advertising pixels or browser analytics trackers. Connecting a TikTok Ads or Meta Ads account to import reports is separate from placing an advertising cookie on website visitors’ devices.
If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies that require consent, they must remain off until you make the relevant choice, with a clear way to refuse and withdraw consent as easily as you give it. Continued browsing is not consent. This policy does not itself activate optional tracking.
Shopify, TikTok, Meta and other external sites may use their own technologies when you visit their interfaces. Their privacy and cookie policies apply there.
When used inside Shopify, the app also loads Shopify App Bridge and Polaris interface resources from cdn.shopify.com. Those requests can transmit network and browser information to Shopify to deliver the requested embedded experience.
4. Your controls and contact
You can clear site data or block storage in your browser’s privacy settings, use a private session, sign out of SmartProfit, or change saved preferences in supported screens. Clearing or blocking sign-in storage can require you to sign in or choose a store again. Clearing browser storage does not delete imported data held by the service.
